This is how Everyday Founders, mentors and our staff are expected to treat each other, and it's part of your member terms. Anyone working with you on the programme, including CoEngineers, follows Stay Nimble's safeguarding policy.
- Everything happens in the open. The community and group sessions are moderated by our staff. There's no direct messaging on Everyday and no one-to-one mentoring. That's deliberate, and it protects everyone.
- Other people's ideas are theirs. Members share problems they haven't solved and businesses that don't exist yet. Treat all of it as theirs. Don't repeat it outside the programme, and don't take someone else's idea forward.
- Be straight, and be kind. Honest feedback helps. Put-downs, harassment and discrimination don't, and we'll act on them.
- Use the tools properly. Follow the terms of the tools you use, including Anthropic's usage policies for Claude. Don't use anything on the programme to build something illegal, harmful or deceptive.
- If something worries you, tell us the same day. If you're worried about your own safety or someone else's, contact us straight away at everyday@staynimble.co.uk. You don't need to be sure. You just need to tell us.
