The journey

Six stages. One step at a time.

Every stage is real work, not theory: a company, an offer, a paying customer, a working product. You share your progress each week, and you're never doing it on your own.

Week 1
Problem & incorporation
Find your problem, decide, and become the director of a real UK company.
Weeks 2–4
Tools & confidence
Get properly confident with Claude as your building partner, and set up your second brain so Claude knows your business inside out.
Weeks 5–8
Your offer
Turn the problem into something a person would actually pay for.
Weeks 9–12
Paid validation
Put it in front of real people and take your first payment.
Weeks 13–21
Build
Build a working product, with mentors on hand when it counts.
Weeks 22–26
Ship & trade
First customers, real feedback, and the realities of running a business.
What could you build?

It begins with a problem people already struggle with.

The best tech businesses solve a real problem someone would happily pay to make go away. You don't need an original idea nobody's had. You need one real problem you understand. Here are a few starting points, to spark your own.

Getting around

Getting to appointments

Older people and carers juggle transport, times, and reminders with nothing that joins it all up.

Small business

The admin that eats your evenings

A local trader loses hours every week to quotes, invoices, and chasing late payments.

Community

Running a club or group

A football team or choir held together by spreadsheets, group chats, and one exhausted volunteer.

Learning

Studying for something hard

People revising for a test, a licence, or a qualification with scattered, generic materials.

Daily routine

Keeping on top of a routine

Tracking the small daily things that are easy to lose track of and hard to keep up alone.

Local life

Finding help nearby

People who don't know what support exists near them, or how to actually reach it.

What you get

The support, the tools, and a company that's yours.

The tools and the company

  • Learn to build with Claude, one to one, with Claude itself guiding you at your own pace. Six months of access, funded while you're on the programme.
  • Support to incorporate your own company through our partner, with a business bank account set up alongside it.
  • Everyday, your home base for the whole journey: a step-by-step path guided by Nim, plus a library of proper, plain-English guides to running a business.

The people around you

  • A cohort of people starting at the same time, building in public alongside you.
  • Mentors who've done it, on hand at the moments where judgement matters.
  • A community you keep, fellow founders who stay in your corner long after the programme ends.
Straight with you

This is real work. We wouldn't insult you by pretending otherwise.

You'll incorporate a real company and put real work in front of real people who can say no. Some weeks will be hard. Some won't go the way you hoped. That's not a flaw in the programme, it's the point of it.

If that sounds like exactly what you've been waiting for, you're the person we built this for.

Who it's for

The best businesses often start with everyday people solving everyday problems. You could be one of them.

This programme is built for people who weren't handed the network, the runway, or the permission. If any of these sound like you, apply.

01You keep noticing a problem other people just put up with.
02You're ready to learn by doing, one proper step at a time.
03You don't have savings to risk or a team to lean on.
04You want to build something that's genuinely yours.

And if you start the programme and decide founding isn't your path, you move into proper one-to-one career coaching with Stay Nimble. The support doesn't stop because the route changes.

The next cohort is filling now.

Applying takes a few minutes. We'll have a proper look, and if it's a fit, hold you a place on the next cohort that suits you. Six months from now, you could be an Everyday Founder.
