A 26-week programme for people aged 18 to 30 who want to start a real tech business.
No tech background, no degree, no permission needed. Just a problem you understand, and the readiness to put the work in.

Accenture funds the programme, and CoEngineers shapes the learning. There are more names to come before November, and we'll add them here as they're signed.
By the end of week 1, you'll be the director of your own company. By week 12, you'll have put a real offer in front of real people. By week 26, you'll have shipped a product and asked real customers to pay for it.
Every stage is real work, not theory. You share your progress each week, building it yourself, but never alone.
The best tech businesses solve a real problem someone would happily pay to make go away. You don't need an original idea nobody's had. You need one real problem you understand.
What keeps bothering you? Here are a few starting points, to spark your own.
Older people and carers juggle transport, times, and reminders with nothing that joins it all up.
A local trader loses hours every week to quotes, invoices, and chasing late payments.
A football team or choir held together by spreadsheets, group chats, and one exhausted volunteer.
People revising for a test, a licence, or a qualification with scattered, generic materials.
A shop owner selling on Instagram, at markets and online, with no single view of what's sold and what's left.
People who don't know what support exists near them, or how to actually reach it.
Any of these could be a real business. So could the problem only you keep noticing.
You'll incorporate a company and put your work in front of people who can say no. Some weeks will be hard. Some won't go the way you hoped.
But you won't be doing any of it alone. Your cohort is beside you every day. Mentors join live group sessions at the points where judgement matters. And Nim guides you step by step through the whole journey.
Your first product might not be the one that takes off. That's alright. What stays with you is the ability to spot a real problem, build an answer and put it in front of people. Whatever happens with this company, you'll know how to do it again.
If that sounds like exactly what you've been waiting for, you're the person we built this for.
This programme is built for young people who weren't handed the network, the runway, or the permission. Sound like you?
If you're not sure about the ID, tell us on your application. We'll look at it with you before you commit to anything.
And if you start the programme and decide founding isn't your path, you can move into funded one-to-one career coaching with Stay Nimble, if that's right for you.
Register your interest and we'll email you the moment applications open. It takes a minute. There's no pitch and no panel when you do apply.
The first cohort starts on 3 November 2026, and a new one starts every month after that.
